Body Type Analysis
Ayurveda holds that since each person has a different body constitution, so too does their recommended course of treatment. Each person has a different ratio of doshas, and occasionally one or two doshas predominate. Foods, colors, sounds, and tastes all have varied effects on the doshas.
A healthy life depends on these tridoshas being in harmony and balance. They control every metabolic process. We feel physically and mentally healthy when the tridoshas are in equilibrium.
